Purchasing Policy:
When you purchase a product from our website the transaction currency will be in GBP (Great Britain Pounds).
Delivery Policy
If you use our online shopping service:
Upon receipt of your order & correct payment we will dispatch the goods within 3 days.
The normal delivery time to be expected is 7 – 10 days from the despatch date.
We will send you an order confirmation straight away and we will send the dispatch date via email if you have supply a valid emails address.
If you ordering goods via our UK agents via the telephone ordering system then please refer your enquires to them directly on the same telephone number.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you purchase any of our books or publications & find they are defective in any way, we will replace them free of charge or offer you a full refund. However, before we dispatch any such monies or replacement books we do require to receive the original book(s) with an accompanying letter stating the defect of such goods.Thankyou.
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to accept a cancellation of an order or item if we receive notice of the cancellation before the goods are dispatched. The appropriate refund will be given.
Once the goods have been dispatched we require the goods to be return to us in good condition and then the refund of the items purchased will be given. The refund does exclude any postage charge paid by us or the purchaser.
Export Restrictions
We do not have any export restrictions as our company only exports paper based materials i.e. various printed publications.
